This tag is used to indicate that someone should determine the artist's most common nickname. (Common nicknames can be determined from their sites, twitter, or other imageboards.)
pixiv_artist_request is commonly used when the nickname on Pixiv has not been romanized, and indicates a request to do so.
This tag may be accompanied by a Pixiv related artist-tag, which likely guesed the artist's name by using his/her Pixiv login name.
When images are transloaded by the Pixiv Transloader, it will auto generate an artist name using his/her login name from an image or profile url.
