A type of artist_request tag, which indicates a specific request for a Pixiv artist's nickname.
If you just need to need to tag the artist as unknown, see the "Unknown Pixiv Artists" section below.
An image should be tagged as pixiv_artist_request if: It came directly from Pixiv, but you do not know the artist's nickname.
AND - You want to know it.
Unknown Pixiv Artists:
The pixiv_artist_request tag is commonly accompanied by an unknownartist_(pixiv) or unknownartist_(pixiv#) tag, both of which mean that the artist's nickname was unknown, and that the image was originally retrieved from Pixiv.
When images are transloaded by the Pixiv Transloader, it will auto generate an artist name using his/her login name from an image or profile url. If it cannot guess a nickname, it will mark the post as unknownartist, and also attach a pixiv_artist_request tag. (I believe)
