A type of artist_request tag, which indicates a specific request for a Pixiv artist's nickname.
An image should be tagged as such if: Your image came directly from Pixiv, but you do not know the artist's nickname.
AND - You want to know it.

The pixiv_artist_request tag is commonly accompanied by an unknownartist_(pixiv) or unknownartist_(pixiv#) tag, both of which mean that the artist's nickname was unknown, but that the image was originally uploaded directly from Pixiv.
When images are transloaded by the Pixiv Transloader, it will auto generate an artist name using his/her login name from an image or profile url. If it cannot guess a nickname, it will mark the post as unknownartist, and also attach a pixiv_artist_request tag. (I believe)
