db seems to lack anything from it too.. odd
Backgrounds were well drawn, animation is soso, and the story, while somewhat generic (sudden broken girl appearance found in the trash, did I mention android?), is actually pretty well delivered. Though you've got to be tolerant, or just the right audience for it. Just ignore some of the obvious animation errors, like when they are walking down the street. Don't go looking for traditional fanservice here, either.
